("Alger") beneficially owns 883,935 shares of Common Stock, constituting approximately 1.3% of all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock. (ii) J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. ("JPMIM") beneficially owns 425,067 shares of Common Stock, constituting approximately 0.6% of all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock. (iii) JPMorgan Investment Advisors Inc. ("JPMIA") beneficially owns 610,093 shares of Common Stock, constituting approximately 0.9% of all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock. (iv) JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
